Drugs are substances that depress mental function. They take away anxiety and nervousness, reduce pain, they sometimes inhibit appetite, general drowsiness they cause.
These include alcohol, barbiturates, tranquilizers and pain killers.
Alcohol in low doses caused a feeling of relaxation and self confidence. These effects depend on the circumstances in which alcohol is used, but also the personality of the user. (more…)
